30 Days of Gratitude!

Let's take a moment to reflect on how the day has unfolded for you, thus far? Do you feel intention and purpose in all of your actions? Are you stepping into each day prosperously with determination and excitement? If not, I am going to guess that you aren't operating from Gratitude.

Being in a state of gratitude is a decision. It is 100% our choice whether we choose to be grateful about our circumstances or not. Gratitude can not be given or taken away, only experienced. A grateful life is cultivated, and nourished through the power of our thoughts, emotions, and actions.

To be grateful about any circumstance, is to truly be present and appreciate the riches you currently have all around you. If you're not grateful for the $1,000 you have in the bank right now, there is no way you will be able to appreciate $100,000. That may seem counterintuitive, but really think about this, it's not the having of the items that we crave, but the being of that person who has what we crave. To be that happy, unbothered, confident, effective person.

The first step on this particular journey of transformation begins with gratitude.

Here are some benefits of remaining grateful:

-Increases psychological well-being

-Improves our relationships

-Reduces impatiences

-Improves decision-making capabilities

-Reduces blood pressure

-Reduces depression

-Improves sleep

-Improves overall health

- and So Much More!

Consistently practicing an attitude of gratitude will up level your life in countless ways! The trick is to be consistent with this attitude. Whenever life shows up with something that leaves us feeling uncomfortable and uneasy, we sit in that uneasiness (we don't ignore feelings here!), and then we let it go. Coming to the ultimate conclusion that this uncomfortable situation is really here to teach us a super valuable lesson, that we can then take with us for the remainder of our journey in this existence! And how can we shake off the toxic vibe and step into a higher frequency?

Laugh Often. Don't Take Yourself Seriously. Be Grateful For What You've Got Right Then & There!

And of course, accountability is always a game changer in instilling lasting change. This is why I have created the 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge, where everyday we show up in our lives completely grateful for E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G that we have, no matter what is happening around us. I'm committing to showing up everyday for 30 days on my Instagram Live ( @karunasol_ ) to hold a discussion of what we are grateful for, how that is helping us in our day, and of course an Oracle or Tarot Card pull at the end for some closing guidance to lead us through our day.
